A. Within 30 days from date of receipt (as determined by shipper delivery record),
1) Items may be returned for a full refund, including original shipping charges if:
a) the item has a manufacturing defect, noticed prior to wear/usage and;
b) the item is returned in otherwise new and unused condition, or;
c) a picker/packer error occurred. (Errors may include, but are not limited to the shipment of an incorrect size, color or style, i.e. I shipped the wrong thing!).
2) Items may be returned for repair at purchaser's expense when a manufacturing defect is discovered after wear/use and if:
a) the defect was not enhanced by wear/use;
b) the defect is repairable and;
c) the defective item is returned in clean and otherwise undamaged condition.
3) Items may be returned for a partial refund (purchase price excluding shipping/handling cost
a) the reason for the refund is not manufacture related (i.e. purchaser requested the wrong size, color or style, etc.),
b) the item is returned in new and otherwise unused condition.
